1. General provisions
If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, then such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the distance contract, including, but not limited to, the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia, the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Rules on Distance Contract”, etc.
2. Making purchases
The prices and specifications of the services offered on the website are indicated next to the products.
To make a reservation, select the desired service. Fill in all the required fields. the total cost of services is then displayed on the screen. Make a payment for the purchase, a step-by-step reservation.
3. Terms of payment
The currency of payment on the site is Euro. The purchase can be paid by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
• Latvian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
• Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB Using the payment method of Internet banking, confirm the order and click the “Return to merchant” button.
Personal data necessary for making payments are transferred to a licensed payment institution, Maksekeskus AS.
If for any reason it is impossible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed about it and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after receipt of the notification.
4. Right of withdrawal and refund
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation made. If the customer cancels the reservation no later than 7 days before the scheduled date of receipt of the service, the service provider shall refund the money paid in full within 14 days of the cancellation of the reservation.
If the reservation is canceled later than 7 days before the scheduled date of receipt of the service, the service provider has the right to withhold the deposit made for the reservation.
5. Signing of the contract

6. Processing of personal data of the buyer
The online store processes only the personal data entered by the buyer when ordering the goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.
If you have expressly consented to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may contact you from time to time by sending you information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when signing up for marketing communications. The buyer has the option to opt out of marketing communications by notifying us by writing to info@motogurunoma.lv
7. Dispute Resolution Procedure
In matters not provided for in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The parties shall resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the dispute between the Parties shall be resolved in the court of the Republic of Latvia, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to the court of the Republic of Latvia.
The buyer also has the right to apply to the dispute resolution authorities of the European Union.
